Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and work within an established digital agency based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. 

With over 2 years experience, the right candidate will be enthusiastic, creative and super organised, with a passion for building client relationships and getting stuck in! If you’re a team player with top-notch communication skills, we want to hear from you. 


  • Reporting to our Client Services Director, you’ll spend your time growing and managing relationships with clients across a variety of B2B and consumer sectors – in many cases, you’ll be the first point of contact.
  • Understanding the business and marketing needs / requirements of your clients to drive and deliver strategic and creative campaigns
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver digital campaigns.
  • Managing client projects to ensure they are aligned to briefs, budgets, timescales etc.
  • Attending client meetings, delivering presentations and representing the business at events.


  • A degree is preferred but not essential
  • The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, whilst not letting it hinder your quality of work.
  • A keenness to learn, develop, sharpen your skills
  • To be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • A team player with a strong sense of initiative
