Senior Digital Account Manager

Reporting to the Client Services Director 

Full Time Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm

Office based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands 

We have recently opened an exciting role within our team at EDGE Creative for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our growing agency. This is a great opportunity to work for an established agency based in the centre of Sutton Coldfield. 

We are looking for an ambitious person, who is organised and creative with a passion for building client relationships to join our growing and brilliant team.

We have a real friendly, happy team with a family-feel attitude towards each other. The team currently sits at around 17 talented people across a variety of skills & specialisms. We deliver creative and thoughtful omni-channel marketing projects for many clients across a broad range of sectors locally, nationally and overseas. The dedicated team work collaboratively and culture is key to our successes –  we work hard but play hard too, enjoying ourselves along the way. Every team member is valued. 

What you will be doing:

  • Managing relationships with clients across a variety of B2B and consumer sectors.
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of your clients, scoping campaign ideas and executing strategies.
  • Working in partnership with the internal Digital Team who will support the timely delivery of digital campaigns and objectives.
  • Project managing the delivery of a diverse range of marketing activities from branding, design graphics, advertising to websites, video, social media, events and PR.

We are looking for:

  • An experienced client manager, able to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A super organised project manager, able to understand client requirements, write creative briefs and oversee the delivery of campaigns – on time and on budget.
  • A team player, someone who is highly collaborative, honest and friendly. 

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Basic Word Processing skills using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
  • GCSE  C or 5 and above in English 
  • Degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, Business Management (Marketing) or similar
  • Demonstrate creativity with the ability to think outside of the box.
  • Critical thinking 
  • Agency experience and the ability to manage multiple clients.
