We are currently seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the EDGE Creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience at the heart of a fast-paced, integrated agency, with an integral role in our expanding Content Department. You will have the opportunity to get involved with both national and international campaigns across a range of industries.

What would a typical day at EDGE Creative look like?

The successful candidate will be working collaboratively with our Content Department to drive digital success for EDGE Creative and our clients. A typical day could involve creating social media content, developing content plans, creating email pieces, writing website copy and liaising with clients about their content strategy. At EDGE Creative, no two days are the same and there is an opportunity for your role to adapt as you develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to devise, write, create and schedule social media content
  • Design of social media graphics (Experience in Canva desirable)
  • Monitoring and reporting on success of social media strategies
  • Proactively researching new ideas for social media content and applying new features and trends to help drive social media success for EDGE Creative and our clients
  • Set up, monitoring and reporting of email marketing campaigns (Experience in Mailchimp is desirable)
  • Website content management (WordPress experience is desirable)
  • Writing blog content in line with clients’ SEO strategies
  • Proof reading and ensuring work from design and development teams adheres to specific brand guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills (excellent written English is essential).
  • Be creative and imaginative, with the ability to come up with new, engaging content ideas.
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive approach and a drive for identifying, capitalising and delivering on content and social media trends.
  • Have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media, web and SEO-driven content to promote EDGE and our clients.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to analyse and report on the success of your work.
  • A highly organised team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our content team to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, all social media platforms and content marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.


  • Social Media/Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Copywriting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Content Management Systems: WordPress (Preferred)
  • Social Media for Business: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (Essential) TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Clubhouse (Preferred)


  • Degree in marketing/communications (or equivalent)
